Our process is designed to ensure you get exactly what you envision. From your initial idea to the finished product, we keep you involved every step of the way.
Starting your custom order
To begin, simply fill out our custom order form. Please include your contact information and a general idea of your request. We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the possibilities.
Understanding the pricing
The price for your custom-made item will depend on several factors, including its size, the materials chosen, the level of intricacy required, and the desired timeframe for completion. We'll provide a clear quote once we understand your full specifications.
From concept to creation
After submitting your inquiry, please provide us with a detailed description of your project, including dimensions, color preferences, and material choices. We will then create a sketch for your review and approval. Once you agree to the design, an initial deposit will be required to cover material costs.
You will have the option to select your preferred shipping method, whether it be local pickup, USPS, or UPS. We will also provide you with an estimated completion timeline. Throughout the process, you will receive regular updates, your work order number, a receipt for your deposit, and our contact information.
